About: CarbonSix facilitated Booking.com’s relocation to the 99 Monroe building in downtown Grand Rapids, transforming the existing suite space. This project involved a complete gut and remodel, stripping the interior to its core and rebuilding to meet Booking.com’s upgraded brand standards. We demolished outdated elements, installed modern mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and crafted a fresh layout. The revamped space reflects Booking.com’s contemporary aesthetic and functionality, delivering a premium, brand-aligned office environment in the heart of Grand Rapids.
