The Seascape of Hickory Island, a Gulf-front condominium community on Southwest Florida’s Bonita Beach, sustained major damage during Hurricane Ian’s 2022 storm surge, with more than 14 feet of water reaching the building. CarbonSix Construction worked alongside Ft. Myers based GMA Architect & Planners and JR Evans Engineering on the restoration to rebuild the structure and refresh the community’s shared amenities, including new recreation courts, a geothermal pool and deck, and improved beach access and grounds. After four years of planning, design, and construction, homeowners are back to enjoying their full residence and the community around it. We’re grateful to be part of bringing this community back together.
