Maintenance Storage Facility

CarbonSix Construction provided services for a ground up build of a new storage facility maintenance building that features, sealed concrete floors, wood trusses, tile roofing and gutters, A/C climate-controlled unit. This project makes a big impact that ensures our client’s operations run smoothly year-round. We’re honored to continue building our partnership with Miromar Development and supporting their vision for University Village Apartments.

Our CarbonSix team returned to University Village to deliver a durable, high-quality expansion that improves traffic flow, adds capacity, and enhances the overall experience for all visitors, locals, and tourists alike. Scope of work included site preparation, grading, paving, drainage improvements and fresh striping.
