This renovation and remodel are bringing the charm and character from 1970 to modern day amenities. This multiphase renovation and vestibule addition will bring new furniture, ceilings, walls, finishes and restrooms to accommodate a growing community. The office staff is continually occupying the facility and collaborating along each phase, including swapping mechanical and electrical equipment. Reroofing during the construction and coordinating with Michigan State Police and Saugatuck township will be critical to the project’s success.
