Located in the busy Rosa Parks Circle business district of Grand Rapids, our team remodeled an existing space to deliver Le Macaron. Challenges in this space were significant asbestos removal and existing structural issues. During the transformation, we restored the original 1930s plaster ceiling at the entry, a complete structural rebuild of the floor system, and created a new ADA-accessible storefront. Additionally, new utilities and appliances to meet the client’s desired store appearance. The result was a fun, vibrant space to deliver French pastries to the resident of Grand Rapids.
