Location: Sarasota, FL

Project scope of work includes demolition of an existing house structure and ground up new build of a 3,766 square feet condo equipped with a pool and all new modern furnishes. Architectural design by Dave Jenkins with Wight Jenkins Home Design, based in Ft. Myers FL and Interior design by Leili Fatemi with Leili Design Studio, based in Naples, FL. Projected completion August 2025.
