This build is 27,300 SF of modern office space that will serve as the future headquarters for CarbonSix Construction & Vision Real Estate Investment. Steel frame construction, coupled with insulated metal panels (IMP), masonry elements, and storefront glazing systems are being utilized to create a sleek, cost-efficient design. The office space, 12,000 SF, will house private offices, multiple conference rooms, a training room, bathrooms, gathering/break space(s), and much more. Additionally, there will be 15,000 SF of warehouse space that will be utilized to support the growing demands for our construction and development operations.
