This project consists of an interior renovation, in an occupied and concurrently functioning testing lab for the furniture industry. Total scope of the project is to construct a two level space. The main floor will deliver a new VOC lab, and the second floor will incorporate desired office space. The second floor office space consists of new conference room, kitchenette, two private offices, and open office space with twelve workstations. All work is completed inside of an active testing lab space, so coordination of noise, construction traffic and safety has been priority for our CarbonSix team.
