Steel frame construction, coupled with insulated metal panels (IMP), masonry elements, and storefront glazing systems are being utilized to create a sleek, cost-efficient design. The office space, 12,000 SF, will house private offices, multiple conference rooms, a training room, bathrooms, gathering/break space(s), and much more.
